Shipping policy
We ship all orders from the Netherlands on business days (Mon–Fri).
No orders are processed or shipped on Dutch public holidays.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same business day.
After dispatch, you’ll automatically receive a track & trace email.
Shipping Costs
- EU: Free shipping on orders over €59
- United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £49
- Exact shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your country and address.
Delivery Times (Estimated)
- Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days
- Other EU countries: 1–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Outside the EU (Worldwide): 3–10 business days

Missed the Delivery?
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be delivered to a pickup point (depending on the carrier). Please bring a valid ID when collecting your parcel.
Pickup points hold shipments according to GLS or FedEx policy (usually several days).
After that, the package will automatically be returned to SharpTools.
Would you like it reshipped? Additional shipping costs will apply (after contacting our support team).
